At IMEK Beauty, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely, wherever you are in the world.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to customers across the United Kingdom and internationally. Shipping options and delivery times vary depending on your destination and will be displayed at checkout.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
Please note: During busy periods (such as sales, launches, or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen courier delays.
Pre-Order Information
When items are on pre-order, by placing your order, you are securing your product in advance before it arrives in stock.
All pre-orders are expected to be fulfilled and delivered within 4 weeks after release. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
4. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once they reach your destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
IMEK Beauty has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and courier link.
You can track your order’s progress directly via the courier’s website.
6. Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please first check your tracking link.
If you still need assistance, contact support@imekbeauty.com with your order number, and our team will help investigate.
7. Incorrect Delivery Details
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. IMEK Beauty is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
8. Pre-Orders and Launches
For limited-edition or pre-order items, dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, all items may be shipped together once available.
9. Returns & Refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
