Return and Refund Policy

At IMEK Beauty, we take great care in the creation and packaging of our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of cosmetics and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging.
1. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non refundable:
• Opened or used beauty products
• Items not in their original packaging
• Sale or promotional items
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Email support@imekbeauty.com
with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
Our team will review your case and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
4. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please email support@imekbeauty.com immediately. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to product hygiene standards.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement if eligible.
